Booking Deposits & Payments

20% of the total booking value is required to reserve your accommodation. This can be deposited via any of the accepted forms of payment listed above.

The remaining balance is required at check in.

Cancellations

If canceling 22 days or more before arrival, your deposit will be 100% refunded minus any transaction fees.

If canceling 21 days or less before arrival, your deposit will not be refunded.

In the event that you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you will be obliged to pay 50% of the remaining value of the days for which you booked in accordance with provisions in the law of Article 8 N1652/86/ GG 167 A.
